Shipping Policy
How Do We Ship
We normally process and ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours. We usually ship with UPS Ground (except AK, HI and APO/FPO addresses, which will be shipped US Mail), so we would need a full physical street address where to ship.
We offer UPS expedited services, such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. For UPS expedited services orders must be placed no later then noon EST in order to go out the same day.
When we Ship
We only ship 4 full business days a week, Monday through Thursday and Fridays until noon. Therefore all Overnight & Blue Label orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day. Orders placed on Fridays after 10:00 AM EST, will ship on the following Monday. All other orders should ship in 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost
Shipping is FREE for orders shipped to destinations within the lower 48 States. for shipping via UPS Ground or the US Postal which is our Choice.
Please note that UPS Ground is our default shipping service, but you can choose one of several expedited options: UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
NOTE: Free shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped UPS expedited. Those charges are calculated by our integrated system with UPS that provides you the exact shipping cost that they charge,
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses: Sorry, we cannot offer free shipping to destinations in AK, HI and for APO/FPO addresses. Your orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS for the actual shipping cost,
International Orders: Sorry, we currently offer no Canada and no other international shipping. |
